Your Professional Registration Certificate
Approved applicants receive an official IPR Registration Certificate confirming their registration.
Certificates may include:
- professional's full name;
- professional registration category;
- Professional Board;
- IPR Registration Number;
- registration status;
- original registration date;
- registration period;
- QR verification code; and
- digital authentication information.
Public Verification
Every active professional should have a unique IPR Registration Number.
Members of the public, employers and organisations should be able to verify registration through the IPR Public Register.
A verification profile may display:
- Name
- Registration Number
- Professional Board
- Professional Designation
- Registration Status
- Country
- Registration Valid Until
- Qualifications Verified
- Professional Standing
Registration and verification statuses
- ACTIVE — The professional currently holds active IPR registration.
- INACTIVE — IPR registration is not currently active.
- EXPIRED — The IPR registration period has ended without a current renewal.
- VERIFIED — The professional's submitted information or credentials have been verified according to the IPR verification process.
- UNVERIFIED — The submitted information or credentials have not yet been verified through the IPR verification process.
Digital Verification
Certificates should contain a QR code linking directly to the professional's official IPR verification record.
A certificate alone should never be considered proof of current registration.
Always verify professional registration through the IPR Public Register.
